Commission artists and involve the community in a weekend of Dance to include classes and performances of all styles . To include possible collaboration with Chisenhale Dance SPACE, Oxford house , Cable studios, BOW boys school, better gyms, libraries , & Mile End Park .Utilising our dance offerings . This would be a large project to take place yearly . The ideal time would be towards the end of August, when people are thinking of starting new fitness courses etc in September . The ideal would be to collaborate with many arts venues in East London to put on both taster sessions for their up coming courses, as well as performances and community involvement . This would happen over a weekend using several spaces , and various genres of dance. The event could gain some income from merchandise sales letting space for dance clothes, shoes etc, and venues would benefit with the possibility of increased sales for their future programs of dance.

Steps to get it done:

• 6 poster and flyers for marketing (permission to post local council)
• 5 contacting schools , local artists , and performers /teachers to take part
• 7 putting program together - times classes performances
• 8 online ticketing to control numbers in venues
• 7 checking any other requirements - security etc
• 9 social media marketing fill venues - promotion campaign
• 5 volunteers on the day to direct people - ask venues etc
• 10 print map of timetable and venues for participants - perhaps booklet if advertising can be sold to cover some expense
• 4 go to see all venues before booking to check all facilities what's included times and suitability , staff etc
• 5 to impact London advertise perhaps Metro , East London ADVERTISER
