We already do some work on our local church hall garden .

What we'll deliver:

• The brownies could do a fund raising event.
• The brownies have some money of their own which a small amount could be used eg seeds or bulbs
• So far I have spent about £150 of my own money and dig compost from my own heap.

Why it's a great idea:

Improve the looks of our area,improve the soil,insect life birds mammals etc. I have planted two cherry trees already and they have not been vandalised or blown over so I know it is possible. working together gives us a sense of worth and community. The local residents have given praise for the small amount done so far and the local shop came out and gave us drinks as we worked.

Steps to get it done:

• Fix broken walls to allow for further planting
• Further planting involving local community
• Plant roses, herbs, tulips, wall flowers and improve soil
• Plant two trees as a test for vandalism
