By really getting the public of Bognor Regis involved in measuring the level of service in our community, and having a 'Star standards' reference on the Bognor Regis website, we can look to improve the levels of service, and recognise those businesses that offer great service. I believe that this would massively benefit the good businesses, and drive up the average service. There'll be a monthly update and write up on the 'Star of Bognor Retail' available through the Progressive Results Training website. Additionally, a certificate will be issued to the best voted shopkeeper, to display proudly in either their shop window or behind the cash desk. This is completely different to Trip advisor, as it is completely local, and with the volume of visitors to our town, should have a positive effect.
What we'll deliver:
Why it's a great idea:
In an age when the High St is starting to decline, we can fight back. Everyone still loves to browse the shops, and if we can bring back great customer service, I believe we can save the High St. In a town where we have thousands of holiday visitors, we can also leave a lasting 'positive' impression of thier holiday in Bognor
Steps to get it done:
By reinventing the High St through a better shopping experience, business will increase dramatically, as competition increases
