We want all pupils to have access a personal device to learn how to code from first principles and to enable them to become code educators in primary schools and community hubs.

We want every pupils to have access to a personal computing device regardless of ability to pay in order to learn how to code from first principles.
HTML, Syntaz and program structure are introduced in such a way as to underpin their importance in all aspects of computing becomes embedded in everything puils do. Maya and Unity to introduce the basic of 3D modelling and game design. As the pupils progresses more advanced coding skills such as Java and app development will be embedded alongside robotics and electronics. By Year 9 we want our pupils to be ready for technology based work experience and roll out a young coders programme in the community.

What we'll deliver:

  • By Year 9 pupils can participate in the young coder programme to teach coding in primary school and community hubs
  • All our pupils will learn to code
  • All Year 7 pupils to have access to their own tablet device from Day 1.
