We wish to install a bike rack and storage facility so to promote the use of cycling. It will also remove safety hazards where items are stored within apartments

We wish to have a full covered bike storage facility installed which will accommodate 12-20 bikes . We would also like to install a general storage facility for prams etc. We are proposing enclosing the general storage facility with 'green walls' to increase bio-diversity and install solar panels to power security lighting. Both storage facilities will help alleviate the current issue where residents often store bikes/prams within communal areas, presenting a safety hazard. Furthermore the presence of a bike storage facility will hopefully promote a more environmental method of transport.

VolunteerWe are the Board of Directors for the Shaftesbury Gardens (and Midland Terrace) Residential Estate. Amongst other things we are responcible for employing a management company to perform day to day maintenance for the estate, define budgets and expenditure and ultimately ensure residents are satisfied with their living area.
