With the help of locals, we are aiming to turn a disused space into a co-working space for creative entrepreneurs to come together and build upon their creative enterprises. Alongside our co-working space, we are hoping to use the space in the evenings and on weekends for creative workshops and events. Among those events, we would like to hold frequent craft markets where local creative entrepreneurs and small business owners, have a space to sell their products to locals.

What we'll deliver:

• A local and affordable co-working space for creatives and small business owners.
• A space that will hopefully encourage creatives and entrepreneurs in the borough of Lewisham to flourish.
• Frequent workshops for a range of skill-sets and interests.
• London Living Wage paid staff as we expand and as our business grows.
• Selling events and craft markets for small business owners to sell their products within the local community.

Why it's a great idea:

Over the years there has been a major influx of fast food takeaways and shops opening all over the borough and often in very close proximity to one another. We want to help and slowly shift this by helping regenerate our local high streets and create a business that will help build the borough and it's fellow residents small businesses. Over time as the business grows, we will begin to employing staff. All staff will be paid the London Living Wage as a minimum, as we believe in fair pay.

Steps to get it done:

• Hopefully open within three months of a successful campaign.
• Purchase furniture for the space and begin minor interior redecoration
• Source a disused studio space within Lewisham borough.
