Many children prefer eating unhealthy snacks like chocolate and crisps, and stuffing their mouths with junk food. Our project will teach children that healthy food is just as good and tasty.

We will deliver 15 sessions where we hope to teach children the ease of creating their own healthy snacks. We will guide them to try new things and allow them to discover what flavours they enjoy. This project will not only provide them will skills and techniques which they will use in the future but will also allow them the time and space to socialise and have fun. This project will provide 15hours of healthy snack making which will run across 15days in the Church Street Ward area.
What we'll deliver:
Why it's a great idea:
Children will be encouraged and taught the healthy alternatives to junk food and unhealthy snacks. It will encourage them to substitute some of the foods which they are currently eating with better and healthier options. It will also provide them with easy recipes which they can make at home in their own time.
