Creating a community space for parent and baby groups in a shop in Westow Street, Crystal Palace with a garden. The space will be approximately 5 x 4m, plus garden, with chairs available, underfloor heating and self-service hot drinks.

Why it's a great idea:

Community space for groups such as NCT, pre and post-natal yoga, baby massage, music groups etc. The space has a focus on eco-friendly parenting, and specifically the use of cloth nappies instead of disposable nappies. It will be staffed by Real Nappy Life Limited, with support from South London Nappies CIC.

Steps to get it done:

• Installing electrics etc. in the space
• Putting a hand basin in the toilet
• Installing a washing machine
• Purchasing and installing furniture
• Purchasing and installing hot drinks station
• Opening to the public
