Ilford Idea stage

This project is preparing for fundraising. Click Like to show your support, or Follow for updates on this project's journey.

The project idea will be recycled goods, which will employ staff and volunteer placements which will intern offer back something back to our community. We also contact local probation services offering offenders community service on the premises which will calculate to time being removed and skills learned. We will sell recycled goods at a small cost to help generate income to be spent on helping and donating back to the community.

What we'll deliver:

  • Community enterprise
  • Employment
  • Network of volunteers who help run and help the business to succeed
  • Donate to community and vulnerable groups
  • Fundraising
  • Income

Why it's a great idea:

The benefits of having a community run charity social enterprise, will be that it gives employment voluntary opportunities to everyone including minor offenders who will be able to do community service at the premises. We will also donate items to homeless groups around the local area including mental health groups and low budget households.

Steps to get it done:

  • Premises
  • Collection of recycled goods
  • Donations
  • Volunteers
