What we'll deliver:
Why it's a great idea:
We are interested in understanding the skills and experience that you have in your organisation. Our programme is to provide an online service with a global access 24/7 to give young people the access to regular daily lessons in English and Maths, as well as other core subject. We are working with our education experts to make sure everyone who needs has access learning resources during this uncertain time. Our service will expand to offer additional help for students and their parents. Our services offer a different path for young people to take. Six things stand out: First, our organisation is both physically based and working in Hammersmith and Fulham area. Second, we have a deep understanding of vulnerable young people, through working for the past years. Our programme reflects years of learning and refinement to respond to their specific needs. Third, we take a holistic approach. The young people we work with face multiple complex issues including disabled people on the
Steps to get it done:
The CEO, Danny Barnes came across an online program called JET. It enables him to measure young people’s journey from the start to the finish. It all began with the first step of the framework developing a Theory of Change. The process has provided a really clear of the project which made the task of prioritising outcomes and selecting the right tool straightforward. From that, we developed a survey tailored with only minor adjustments to standardised tools in JET pack which it quickly began to use. The survey received a positive reaction from everyone. Through this survey, we ask questions about their thoughts on their attitudes to work, aspirations and confidence. The questions help us understand more about their needs and will help us improve our courses. All the answers to the questions are confidential and reported anonymously and because we want to know how their thoughts change over time, they receive another questionnaire like the first one at a later point. We question them
