Coldblow Coffee By Coldblow Coffee

Coldblow Coffee is looking to rejuvenate it's home along the backroads of Kent; so that we can throw open our doors & serve our awesome coffee to cyclists, runners, walkers & everyone that passes by.

Coldblow coffee is situated in the middle of a beautiful farmstead along the backroads of Woodchurch; we are surrounded by deeply trodden footpaths, cycle routes and AONB. There are not many places locally, on route where you can stop off for refreshment and a rest. We would like to be able to offer a destination that people can congregate and share their love of the outdoors with a cup of our speciality coffee and a slice of something tasty. As well as this we would want to host experiences; barista training, coffee cupping sessions, food & drink pairing evenings, introduction to roasting, yoga classes for cyclists/runners, how to brew coffee etc. We feel our location is special and we want to be able to share this with the local community.

What we'll deliver:

  • Cover Roof to meet hygiene standards
  • Paint walls and Floor
  • Install infrastructure to allow for customers

Why it's a great idea:

We feel that our location is special, being based on an old farm with long horned cattle in the barn and rare breed pigs roaming in the woods close by; we want to share our beautiful slice of Kent with others. We want to be able to offer a hub for local cycling, walking and running clubs to visit on their outings. We want to encourage people to visit us without their car, promoting the outdoors. We would also like, by renovating the space, to be able to hold yoga classes for local people. We are currently on the Intereg Program and receiving support and guidance on how to make our idea a reality.

Steps to get it done:

  • Roof lined/boarded
  • Paint
  • Organise workspace
