Will heavily discourage anti-social behaviour at night at the park and the basketball courts which will not only benefit the community who use these facilities but the local residents who often complain about this anti social behaviour which is just escalating.

VolunteerMy name is Matthew Wurmli and I have been involved in basketball in Malvern since I was 12. I grew up playing with Jon one of the founders of the Malvern Hoops Campaign. I was lucky enough to play at a high level and represent England and a high percentage of my practice time was on Malverns outdoor courts. Thanks to the fantastic work done by the Hoops Campaign and Malvern Council, Malvern and Worcester's youth now have world class facilities to work on their game and this must be protected!
I am now a father and reguarly take my son to the childrens park at Victoria Park and unfortunately are always faced with acts of mindless vandelism. The local residents seem plagued by late night trouble in this park too and this can't be allowed to continue.
The park needs CCTV thar covers the new basketball courts and the childrens park to protect these areas for current and future players!
