Converting disused tennis courts into a community multi surface sports facility

We would love to be able to convert our old disused tennis courts into an all weather multi sports area. When complete all youth organisations and schools would be allowed free use of these facilities. Senior clubs ie football clubs netball clubs even rugby clubs would be able to hire the facility from us at a very reasonable hourly rate. The monies raised from the hire of the facility would be used for running and maintenance of the facility . We are a self sufficient community football club and all involved are volunteers who like me just want to give back to the community and give today's youth a chance to get out there and have fun through fitness. We already have got the all weather surface materials so we are now looking for funding to help with retention fencing etc

I believe it's a great idea to help get the youngsters into fun through sports. Also there are not enough open/green areas for children in today's society
Steps to get it done:
I believe its time for me to start giving back to the community and giving them what I had when I was a child

i am the treasurer of a local community football club
i am trying to raise funds to convert some old tennis courts within our grounds into an all weather multi surface area for the local community. Once completed we would like to offer the use of the facility free of charge to local schools and youth club/organisations.
how would we upkeep the running of this well firstly all committee members a volunteers but to raise funds for general upkeep we would look at hiring the facilities to senior clubs
ie football netball and rugby clubs
