1. LOCAL SPORTS GROUPS & CLUBS SIGN UP TO TAKE PART; SUBJECT TO ELIGIBILITY ALL THOSE SIGNING UP CAN TAKE PART IN THE CHALLENGE! 2. THEY RECEIVE A BRIEFING, TOOLS & TIPS FROM CASH FOR KIDS TO HELP THEM FUNDRAISE 3. THEY HAVE FOUR WEEKS TO FUNDRAISE AS MUCH AS THEY CAN 4. THE AMOUNT THEY’VE RAISED IS KEPT SECRET RIGHT UNTIL THE END OF THE CHALLENGE 5. ALL OF THE MONEY THEY RAISE IS GRANTED BACK TO THEM BY CASH FOR KIDS 6. PLUS THERE ARE THREE PRIZES OF ADDITIONAL FUNDING FOR THOSE WHO FUNDRAISE THE MOST… 1ST PRIZE - £5,000 2ND PRIZE - £2,000 3RD PRIZE - £1,000

- EMPHASIS ON REACHING & ENGAGING CHILDREN WHO WOULD OTHERWISE NOT HAVE ACCESS TO SPORTING ACTIVITIES (FOR EXAMPLE DUE TO LOW INCOME BACKGROUND OR HAVING ADDITIONAL NEEDS) - IMPROVE HEALTH & WELLBEING - MEASURABLE OUTCOME OF NUMBER OF CHILDREN ENGAGING WITH SPORT AS A RESULT OF FUNDS RAISED THROUGH THE CHALLENGE - SPORTS CLUBS/GROUPS EDUCATED ON FUNDRAISING TO HELP WITH FUTURE SUSTAINABILITY - CLUBS/GROUPS ENCOURAGED TO PROMOTE THEMSELVES, RAISING AWARENESS OF GRASS ROOTS SPORTS IN AUTUMN 2019 CASH FOR KIDS RAN THE FIRST CHARITY SPORTS CHALLENGE IN THE MIDLANDS. THE SIX TEAMS TAKING PART IN THE COVENTRY CITY OF SPORT CHALLENGE RAISED £31,467!
