CAC Welling is a community based church located in the heart of Welling.
We are rebuilding the church in order to expand enough to accommodate our ambition for the future regarding our community.
Welling Gospel Church, located directly next to us have been accommodating us to worship after their service for the past three years.
£700,000 required to complete the whole project at inception. We have been able to raise £200,000 to get the project to where it is at present.
Our future:
•Provide community facilities and promote ethnic diversity
•Welfare service for pensioners who are immobile and fallen on hard times
•Breakfast club, soup kitchen and a food distribution club
•Crèche with day care facilities for our neighbours’ children including commuters using Welling Station
•Employment for the locals regarding above
•Youth access to the hall for community use and skill centre for training the unemployed
• Annual Christmas turkeys and hampers for the needy in our local community

What we'll deliver:

• Creche for the children of locals and those using the local train station.
• Create learning and youth development opportunities.
