Our project aim is to bring Christmas back to Bootle for the local community. We are planning a series of events to celebrate the Christmas Lights Turn on.

We are planning to have real life reindeers onsite for the kids to visit, whilst families can enjoy shopping the Christmas Market.
Whilst visiting on the day you could go home with a fantastic christmas present....... A NEW CAR!!!

Its a fantastic idea because it will deliver an outstanding Christmas Spirit in Bootle. The local community will have an event that they can look forward to. It will demonstrate that the town team can deliver a successful project for the community.
Steps to get it done:
- Engaging local partners
- ensure that there is a marketing plan in place that includes social media
- Ensure that there is a planning team inplace with clear strategy
