We are a group of humans with a passion for global arts and culture who meet regularly in a rehearsal space in Liverpool. We have a particular interest in samba reggae drumming, its rhythmic beats and cultural origins. We want to get local people (inclusive of young people) to get involved and experience the connective joy in shared rhythmic creativity! We provide the drums and the exercises to get people of all abilities to drum together and develop each other, creating a collective sound that lifts the soul and inspires the masses when publically performed. Those who can grasp the skills needed will be invited to develop further with us free of charge with a view to ongoing public performance.

What we'll deliver:

• A series of 5 open taster sessions for beginners
• Free use of equipment and rehearsal space
• 3 development sessions for beginners who meet criteria with a view to joining the band
