Free Public Bicycle Trailer Hire for Ldn. Trailers that fit on every bike. To transport small Things such as shopping etc. Instead of using Cars. A Deposit System and a GPS in them. That is the Plan.

I do not live in Ldn, but I see this as an opportunity to become the first Place in the world to have this unique Scheme for using bicyce Trailers as a public good free of charge. This will cement London as a progressive cycling capital and help people transport goods by bicyclea instead of using automotive vehicles. I suggest to start out with 40 trailers and then it can be expanded because I am sure it will b a success.

Why it's a great idea:
Because Ldn could b the first city in the world to have bicycle trailers that fit on every bicycle by simply using a clamp around the bicycle tubing and it will be free of charge. You simply insert a coin into the lock and whwn you put the trailer in a docking station you get it back.
