I would like to buy a small ready made house from Estonia, which have furniture and all the equipment for cooking and cleaning. Also bed for 1 night stay for travellers and couch surfers. Day time it can be a cafe to serve local students. Welcome 3 Baltic countries: Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania to come together, eat, rest and play. Place where You can sit down and relax, have a shower, sleep and eat. Would like to serve Wild Boar, Elk and Venison sandwiches, which are hard to find in the United Kingdom as they are more like luxury - delicatessen food. Summer time organising BBQs, camping, planting trees and playing sports (badminton, table tennis, football, basketball).
