Astley & Tyldesley Junior FC was originally founded in 2006 and is now an FA Community Charter standard club. The club provides opportunities for young 3-5 year olds with fun themed sessions, and 6-18 year olds with friendly games progressing to league and cup based competitions. By adding an open age side in 2014 the club achieved FA Community Charter standard. If we were successful in securing funding this would allow us to complete the next phase of our changing room refurbishment, which in reality I doubt would every actually get finished without. This includes upholstery work for the new changing room benches, hiring a professional painter to re-decorate the facilities, creating a new storage room and fixing the toilet and showers.
