Lilena & Pentree Lodge care for mentally unwell individual's that present challenging behaviours, that affect their ability to engage in aspects of their care & daily living. We support individuals to gain confidence with living independently, and managing negative aspects of mental illness, lowering the risk of harm to self & others.
We have a small team of dedicated staff who provide 24 hour support in daily living skills, cooking, social activity, alongside physical and emotional support with negative impacts of mental health illness. We work with each resident individually to ensure that each is fully supported within all aspects of life, preparing individuals to move on to less supported housing & to live independently within the community.
Recently, more residents are being rehabilitated to move on from the homes, but still needing on-going support from the company to settle into a new way of life by requesting emotional, daily living skills, & medical support when move don to less-supported living.
Lilena & Pnetrree Lodge care homes are looking at expanding the business by providing "Assertive Outreach Support", for those moving on to less supported living, and/or at a high risk of:
Hospital readmittence, relapse, re-offending, non-complienece with other regeistered care providers, self harm, suffering with dual diagnosis (e.g. drug induced psychosis), and at risk of eviction within less-supported housing due to a decline in mental health.
