"A Forager’s Manual; How To Get Lost During A Global Pandemic" is a collaboration between photographer Jaime Molina and artist Estelle Woolley, who are producing a year round series of portraits reflecting the importance of spending time in nature during covid times. Seeking funds to complete the project and produce a Spring series, which will engage the local community in taking part in the project, modelling the art pieces and highlighting Chester's green spaces. The project will culminate in the creation of an artist book and exhibition at the CASC gallery in Chester.
What we'll deliver:
Why it's a great idea:
Engagement with the local community, networking with local creatives and community groups, highlighting Chester's green spaces (such as Chester's Supertrees project), working with University students and demonstrating cultural activities beyond graduation. Bringing high quality arts activities into the city of Chester and aiding the bid for Chester Contemporary 2023.
