The programme has a dual purpose. Part of the monies pledged will go towards emergency Covid-19 response funding. The remaining funds will be invested in the club facilities.

As a club of 175 years standing, we pride ourselves on offering cricket to people of all ages and ability. We wish to take this opportunity to provide support the fight against Convid-19 which pledged funds from the collection as well as investing monies into our club for the benefit of the local community. Monies invested in the club will be used for decoration of the club house and upkeep of grounds equipment.

Why it's a great idea:
The clubhouse is used by the local community for social functions and a freshen up would make the clubhouse more welcoming. A sounds system has been requested for amplification when the clubhouse is full. Grounds equipment- help cover running costs. Tidy Storage space required to accommodate the expanding kit to cover all community cricket activities undertaken -Mens/Ladies/junior groups as well as All Stars and Dynamos cricket.

VolunteerThe cricket club has been in existance for 175 years and continues to be central to village life. It hosts club and representative cricket for all age groups male/female ages 4 to 70 plus. We have a social club which is open to members with a regular darts team and affiliated youth football section.
Project Owner: Abbots Langley Cricket Club The Project Owner takes legal responsibility for receiving and spending the funds raised and ensuring the project is delivered.
