This will help people to create incentives for better health – increasing the understanding and value that people place on the long-term impact of decisions; and personalised advice and support – complementing preventative care with treatment for those who already have health problems

The 6D of health has been designed to incorporate teaching and practical steps on the 6 domains of health- Physical, emotional, mental, social, family and spiritual health. The importance of understanding 6D of health include: • Empower individuals in addressing their challenges and health needs • Improve the quality of life of a significant proportion of people • Reduce demand on acute health care services • Health inequality in the World The financial implication to local and nation government is the great. By teaching a 1000 people this program it is likely to save money the NHS at a long run £20million pound over a 10years period of disease free life.
