As a club at the heart of the community we as a club are growing bigger and bigger by the seasons. In the season 2015/2016 we has 18 Junior teams, In the season 2016/2017 we grew to 24 and this season coming we are going to be a 30 club team. We need to upgrade the facilities to facilitate all the extra teams and also we believe that there are significant opportunities for grant funding, owing to the ability of 3G pitches to be used in all weathers and the growing clamour for improved sporting facilities across the board.

Why it's a great idea:
A 3G pitch would place Ashford Town FC firmly at the heart of the community. With no other football club and only 1 school in the whole of Spelthorne Council having a 3G pitch we will look to work closely with the council and also the local schools to use the facilities. During the day, it could be used by local schools or other community groups, while in the evenings it could be used by the club’s teams and by other local clubs.

VolunteerAshford Town (Middlesex) Football Club are a genuine Spelthorne success story. Having played on Ashford Recreation Ground, Clockhouse Lane from their formation in 1958 until February 1986, the
club has built up their headquarters at Short Lane, Stanwell from an open field into a modern, safe football ground with a comfortable clubhouse. Our Juniors section is also a sucess, In the season 2015/2016 we has 18 Junior teams, In the season 2016/2017 we grew to 24 and this season coming we are going to be a 30 club team. We need to upgrade the facilities to faciliate all the extra teams and also we believe that there are significant opportunities and also allow them to train in the winter months and save us as a club around the region of £10,000 per year so we don't have to hire other facilities.
