245 Pride will be a sustainable, locally source cornucopia of queer culture, celebrating the LGBTQIA+ community offerings of west London. We hope to provide a family friendly event with spectacular acts, local vendors, food trucks, pop up bars & so much more!!
the event will take place Saturday 9th September and will be an all day event.
what we can deliver relies solely on what funding we can raise so we need your help!
What we'll deliver:

- cabaret acts
- pop up bars

- family fun
Why it's a great idea:
This Event will highlight the queer community as all pride events do, as well as promote local and queer owned businesses and talent. 245 Pride will serve as a more accessible local pride event able to comfortably host families & differently abled people.
we aim to make the event as sustainable and green as possible to ensure our community is also being looked after.
Steps to get it done:
- Licencing and permissions
- Staging (Equipment etc)
- Acts booked
- Vendors booked
- additional staff booked (security & cleaning etc)
- All additional facilities booked (toilets etc)
- All additional items in place.
