To acquire essential equipment and enhance its facilities, which will significantly contribute to the betterment of the community. Bounce back skills CIC has identified several critical needs within its community that require immediate attention. The funding request proposal outlines the items and resources needed to continue delivering training and development programs effectively. Bounce back skills CIC mission is to empower individuals by providing them with the necessary skills and support to secure employment and thrive in their careers.

What we'll deliver:

  • Refurbishment of building
  • Purchase of equipment and development of resources
  • Learners find out about course by word of mouth, colleges and job centre advertisement.
  • Teaching keys skills for hard to reach unemployed i.e. job searching, CV, interview techniques, and communication.

Why it's a great idea:

It will provide people in the congregation with the skills and training they need to find jobs in the care sector. This will help them to improve their financial situation and achieve their career goals. It will help to meet the high demand for carers in the care sector. This is especially important given the need for male carers in a sector that is predominately female. It will improve the quality of care for people who need it. Trained carers are better equipped to provide high-quality care that is tailored to the individual needs of the people they support. It will reduce the burden on families. Training people in the care sector will provide more options for families who are caring for loved ones. This can help to reduce stress and improve the well-being of both the carer and the person being cared for.

Steps to get it done:

  • We will need to buy computers, cctv, projector, shredder, Hoist and printers
  • We will need to renovate the building
